Shipping Policy

Thank you for considering purchasing art from We are dedicated to ensuring that your artwork arrives safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy outlined below:

  1. Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping methods to accommodate your needs. These may include standard ground shipping, expedited shipping, or specialized art shipping services for delicate or oversized items.

  2. Large Format Artwork Shipping: In the case of large format paintings, the artwork will be taken off its frame and rolled. In such a case, the buyer will need to bring it to a framer to have it remounted.

  3. Processing Time: Once your order is placed and shipping has been paid for, please allow 2-5 business days for processing before shipping. Some items may require additional processing time, especially if they are made to order or require special packaging.

  4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Once the order is placed, we will contact you regarding your desired shipping method. A quote will be provided to you and an invoice sent to you should you wish to continue with the purchase. If shipping is too much for you, we are happy to refund your order. 

  5. Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping within Canada. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on the selected shipping method and your location.

  6. International Shipping: We also ship internationally to select countries. International orders may take longer to arrive due to customs processing and international shipping regulations. Please note that additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.

  7. Shipping Insurance: All shipments are insured for their full value to protect against loss or damage during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can initiate a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.

  8. Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

  9. Delivery Instructions: If you have specific delivery instructions or requirements, please let us know at the time of purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, whether it’s scheduling a delivery time or providing special handling instructions for delicate items.

  10. Undelivered Packages: In the event that a package is returned to us as undelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or other reasons beyond our control, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipment.

  11. Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be able to return the item according to our return policy.

  12. Holiday Shipping: During peak seasons and holidays, shipping times may be longer than usual due to increased demand and carrier delays. We recommend placing your order early to ensure timely delivery.
